Timelines depend on scope, integrations, and platform choices, but most MVPs are scoped to launch in weeks rather than months by deliberately limiting the first release to the features needed to validate the core idea. We agree a realistic timeline during discovery once the scope is defined.

Yes. We are comfortable signing a non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion, and every engagement is treated as confidential by default, whether or not a separate NDA is in place.

You do. Ownership terms are agreed before development begins and documented in the engagement agreement. Our standard approach is that the founder or company owns the delivered source code, product data, and related intellectual property, with repositories and documentation handed over.

Our standard engagements are fee-based service agreements, not equity deals, so you keep full ownership and control of your cap table. If you would like to discuss an alternative arrangement, we are open to a conversation, but nothing is assumed by default.
