Our CSR activities may include community support, health and well-being initiatives, education and awareness programs, support for essential needs, environmental activities, employee-led initiatives, and collaborations with charitable and community organizations.
We may work independently, collaborate with nonprofit organizations, or support initiatives led by community partners, depending on the opportunity and the impact we believe we can create.

Supporting Dignity, Awareness & Inclusion
Through our association with Abhina Charitable Trust, 3Shadz has supported initiatives related to people living with HIV/AIDS.
Our involvement reflects a broader belief that social responsibility should include supporting people who may face health challenges, social barriers, or stigma.
We believe awareness and compassion matter. People should have access to information, support, and dignity regardless of the challenges they face.
Bringing Health Awareness Closer to Communities
Medical camps can provide an important connection between communities and basic healthcare awareness.
Our CSR activities have included support for medical camps intended to reach people who may have limited access to basic medical care or health information.

Food is one of the most basic human needs.
Our CSR activities have included providing meals in support of people receiving care in government hospitals and students from low-income families.

Access to basic necessities can have an impact that goes beyond the immediate need.
Our CSR initiatives have included distributing clothing to people and families from underserved communities.
The effort is rooted in a simple idea: everyone deserves dignity. By contributing essential items where they are needed, we aim to provide practical support to people who may be facing difficult circumstances.
Supporting Rugby in Hyderabad
As part of our CSR initiatives, 3Shadz provided funding in association with Abhina Charitable Trust to support rugby in Hyderabad.
Our support for rugby reflects our broader approach to CSR, contributing to initiatives that create positive opportunities for people, sport, and the wider community beyond our core technology business.
Supporting sport as a pathway to participation, growth, and opportunity.
Empowering Rural Women Through Skills & Self-Employment
As part of our CSR initiatives, 3Shadz provided funding in association with Abhina Charitable Trust to support a free tailoring program for women in Hayathnagar.
The initiative helped 40 women complete tailoring training, with each graduate receiving a sewing machine through the program. The support was intended to help participants turn their newly developed skills into opportunities for self-employment and income generation.
For 3Shadz, initiatives like this reflect the importance of creating opportunities that can help individuals build greater economic independence and support their families.
