The goal of the requirements analysis phase is to turn the needs and high-level requirements defined in earlier stages into requirements that are clear, complete, consistent, measurable, and approved by all relevant stakeholders.

We need to learn as much as we can about your business, its goods, or services at this phase. Your project's most advantageous features and applications will be suggested by our account representatives. We meet with you to prepare a design brief in order to decide what kind of architecture and design will best suit your demands.

The sponsor is given a vital tool in the Architecture Vision to convince decision-makers and stakeholders within the organization of the advantages of the proposed capability. When a new capability is put into use, the architecture vision explains how it will satisfy the stakeholders' concerns as well as the strategic and business goals.

To select the content and navigation of your project, we first meet with you. The graphic design department receives the content and design brief when the content and navigation have been approved. Based on this design brief, a unique layout is made, and a "mock-up" of your project is given for your approval.

The design is delivered to our development department and then submitted there. We now hold a Mid-Project discussion with you to discuss your project's functionality before building it.
Note: During this phase, any project changes made after this point will result in a "Change Order" and extra payment.

This stage is only focused on testing your project to ensure that all links, applications, and forms are correctly functioning. You must provide written final permission before the Project goes online.

In this step, assess the project's effectiveness and consider any improvements that might be made. During this time, the project must change to accommodate the company's shifting needs.
